I have waiting since october 2nd for a refund and it was never put through but im being lied to that a check was mailed and due to poor customer service my name was put in wrong and even vlarifying with the district manager my name and address its been weeks and she still is blaming me. I have screen shots of our text messages and voicemails I did a keritan kera rx treatement and bought the shampoo and condition and have only been refunded for the conditioner. They also have both producta since 10/2. The kera treatment wasnt done right.
