For various reasons (none good), I bounced around to different people over the years, sometimes ending up with an okay blonde, other times with horrible results that brought me to tears. I was never truly happy… until today. I finally booked with Jordan, he is absolutely worth all the hype. I just finished my appointment 30 minutes ago and couldn’t wait to write this review. He’s sweet, funny, and incredibly talented. He really listened to what I wanted but also cared enough to explain what would and wouldn’t work for me. I’ve honestly never had so many steps taken to achieve my goal blonde. His suite is warm, chill, and has such a good vibe. As I was posting this, I happened to see a recent negative review, and honestly, I don’t get it. I completely disagree and even wonder if it’s real, because my experience was nothing short of amazing!!! Like so many of my own patients, I can now officially say I’m a Jordan groupie:) I love my results and will never go anywhere else. Love him and love his work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🩷

- MMMeganSep 19, 20251.0I had an appointment scheduled with Jordan Heidenwith that I booked months in advance. I took the day off work and commuted 45 minutes to get there. When I got there, he wasn’t even there. I messaged him “here,” which he read and ignored. I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time and messaged again — he didn’t respond until over an hour later, brushing it off as a “glitch in his scheduling app.” There was no apology beyond that, no accountability, and not even an attempt to rebook me. This was an enormous waste of time and shows a complete lack of professionalism. If you value reliability and basic respect for your time, look elsewhere.
