Anyway, in Chicago now <3 <3 <3 and loving it, and THIS is my favorite location in the city. BEAUTIFUL array of products (fragrance, in particular) and extremely polite and attentive employees. I work nearby so this location is a godsend for me. Five stars -- and I'll be right back!! :D

- AAAquamoonmagicDec 26, 20191.0I arrived to this location around 10:30 am on Christmas eve to buy my grandmother one of her favorite lavender bath products as a gift. When i walked in, I saw 2 women who seemed to be regular sales associates and a women who seemed to be the manager. I walked over to the lavander section and asked one of the sales associates if they had any more lavander gift sets and she dryly replied no, we sold out a while ago. Then continued on folding gift boxes. The manger walked by at this time and informed me that they could arrange what ever products I chose in a nice gift box. The two associates who seemed to pick up on the managers words quickly echoed the gift box option. But they didn't do much besides that, it was AGGRAVATING because I was the only customer in store and they didn't seem to want to help me or even suggest other gift options. AND WHAT KILLED ME WAS I FOUND A SMALL TRAVEL SIZE VERSION OF THE LAVANDER GIFT SET that they didn't even suggest to me. The lack of skill and customer service in those two sales associates makes not want to go back back to that location again. I wish the manager could have helped me but it seemed she had to leave for a couple min to probably finish some tasks. Im sad i had to give this store 75 of my dollars.
