Hairstylist cut my hair and blowdried my bangs ONLY as she mentioned bangs will be shorter when dried and I wanted to see how short it was before leaving. Then I got charged additional $7 as she blowdried my bangs ONLY and never mentioned IT WAS AN EXTRA CHARGE. The rest of my hair is soaking wet as she only blow dried my bangs!
