Made an appointment for my kid at 6:30pm went there 15 minutes early told them to take him if they don’t have any appointments but they said they have appointment that’s fine for me so I waited and when time came they said there other appointment got late so I have to wait till 6:45 pm for my kid to get hair done. I am going here from last 5 years and not going there from now on so bad customer service.

She’s friendly and makes you feel good about yourself. She advised about a good product for my coarse curly hair and it has helped! She also likes gives THE BEST shampooing/scalp massage I have ever had! Definitely be back in her chair soon!
