- AAAmber AminNov 28, 20251.0I usually don’t leave reviews, but after months of repairing my hair I feel like it’s important to share my experience for people considering getting highlights here that also have fine but dense hair. I visited this salon 8 months ago and unfortunately left with severe chemical damage. The highlights are unevenly lifted. They’re lighter in the mid shaft than they are at the ends, which means it was over processed and the bleach application was improper. I visited another hair salon since then, they examined my hair and had to cut 6 inches off to prevent even more breakage bc my hair’s integrity is compromised. I have spent months restoring hair’s health. I understand mistakes happen, but this wasn’t just a minor thing. My hair ended up so damaged that it’s taking so much time, and significant length cut off to fix. If you have fine hair and are booking here, please make sure the stylist understands how to be gentle when lightening/blonding your hair. This experience really affected my self confidence. My hair used to be very dense, and healthy. It was also starting to get really long. Even after 8 months, my hair is noticeably thinner and more dull. The damage done was long term, that will take several more months to finally heal.
