The office staff is friendly, but I frequently have trouble reaching them via phone and have billing issues. I have to call repeatedly to schedule an appt. Because no one picks up the phone (yes, there's an app, but I haven't found it very user friendly). Two times in the last year they under billed me or over billed me. I've had scheduling issues where they scheduled another person with my name instead of me. I was pretty bummed because it was my birthday treat to myself and I had taken lunch from work at a certain time to be there. But, because I love Leah, I kept going (for years) So, when I was told I had a $10 credit on my account at my last visit which was also on my birthday, I thought it was a birthday credit. They contacted me more than a month later to let me know that I owed them the $10 back because they made a mistake. I feel it's in poor taste and a lack of customer service to call a client who has paid thousands of dollars to collect $10 for a mistake made by their staff. I realize it's only $10, but after the other issues, I'm pretty disappointed.
