- VJVal JoeDec 29, 20255.0Today was the first time I been there. To start out they called me cause my doctor sent me there for a rash that he was not comfortable diagnosing. When they called they said they were booked out for 3 months but will talk to the nurse to see what they can do. They got me in today. They were very informative on the phone, letting me know to come in early to fill out paperwork. When I arrived for my appointment they were super fast in getting me in and very informative of what would happen. The doc was fast in getting in the room to see me. He looked at my rash and told me what he wanted to do. I agreed and he walked out while the nurse numbed my arm and explained everything. She walked out and the doc walked back in seconds later and in a matter of minutes he took a biopsy of my arm rash and stitched it up and explained what I needed to do and my options in the meantime. I was out the door 30 min from arriving. That's what I call service. I would recommend them very highly. 5+ stars. Thank you for getting me in so fast and getting done what I needed to get done.

I was invited back quickly to the room by a professional looking and acting MA. He asked, and LISTENED, to my issue/history. I was then quickly greeted by the PA, who didn’t re-ask the same questions- I love this - he listened to his MA and remembered. The PA was knowledgeable and not overeager to sell prescriptions. He offered options and wasn’t pushy or unkind. The PA had Great bedside manner and his confidence gave me reason to trust what he was saying.
