Just seems like most shops are up and busy by this time and I was the only one in there. I actually wandered if they were opened when I went in. A lady did come out from the back after a couple minutes to ask if she could help me.then said the lady who was going to do my hair would be there. I was about ten minutes early so that wait didn't bother me at first or even if you can see that they are busy, but no one had a customer. Then she went in a back room to visit with other people. I have waited at other shops but usually because they are busy and I understand that. Pretty sure I won't go back. Not good service or atmosphere.
