best salon experience ever. the owner and workers work very hard to provide a relaxing and professional environment. to the one who is forcing a false narrative in the reviews trying to paint the people who work here as rude, ignorant, and “racist”, you could not be more wrong. it’s saddening to see the level of stupidity you will go, in order to receive a free treatment which is what you got after you were hysterically yelling about something that the owner and worker were actively trying to fix but you REFUSED. you should be embarrassed because you know the truth, as someone who was also in the salon when you were “traumatized”. do better.

🚨 WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER. 🚨
If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
My friend walked in for a simple eyebrow shaping before an important event — walked out with her confidence destroyed and eyebrows completely ruined. Uneven, thinned out, and a total disaster. She was literally in tears.
When she calmly addressed the issue, the manager was rude, dismissive, and instead of fixing their mistake, asked her to LEAVE the salon! Can you imagine?? No apology, no solution, no decency.
👎 Unskilled staff
👎 No professionalism
👎 Worst customer service
👎 RUDE & ARROGANT manager
👎 Not even basic empathy after ruining someone’s FACE
📢 PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
And if you’ve had a bad experience here too, drop your story below — people need to be warned.

AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS. This was hands down the worst salon experience of my life. I went in to get my eyebrows done and walked out with them completely ruined. The person doing them had absolutely no idea what she was doing she butchered my eyebrows. I was so upset I literally started crying right there in the salon. And instead of trying to fix the situation or even show basic human decency, the owner got scared and kicked me out. No apology, no responsibility just complete ignorance and unprofessionalism. These people are clueless, disrespectful, and clearly not trained. If you want to walk out looking worse and feel humiliated on top of it, go ahead. Otherwise, STAY FAR AWAY from this pathetic excuse of a salon. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
