I'm a sucker for good customer service and they have that in the bag. I've been twice in the last two weeks and on my second visit I signed up for the membership. Now back to the experience. The consult was smooth and they help you pick the best IV based on your goals. The first time I got the Myers for a whole body pick me up and the second time I got the Glow to target hair, skin, and nails. The chairs are phenomenal! I'm here for the full body massage and lymph movement. And with me being a hairstylist my back is all types of knotted up lol. So I love the fact that I'm getting a two for one (massage and hydration). The place is spotless, sanitary, and gloves are changed regularly. Both times my experience was a 10/10. This will be a regular part of my self care. My only request is the option to see detailed pricing and a more thorough breakdown of the services online. That way I can do my research on the benefits of each IV and ingredients. They do have pamphlets in store but I like to know cost and inclusions in advance. Other than that, again, top tier 👏🏾

Came in walking slowly due to low energy and dizzy from dehydration from recurring vomiting due to GI issue. Received a realtime consult with a certified RN before treatment to confirm no anticipated complications with my current meds. Astrid was then tremendously kind and patient finding a severely dehydrated vein to use. Enjoyed a blanket and massage chair in a quiet, dark room during drip, and I was kindly shown how to adjust and personalize settings on the chair. Due to complications with my small veins total time from entry, completing intake form, thoughtful consultation, and actual treatment was 1.5 hours - quite reasonable. Thank you for a great experience all around and ending with feeling better.
