  KMA Beauty - Lash Studio. Neomi is the owner. She appears to be sweet. However, she is unprofessional and immature. I went in early one morning when it was exceptionally cold outside. No way to get inside and the instructions in the reminder email didn't state timing of being able to enter, but left a note about texting her to get inside. No # in the email and no info outside of the door. The main entrance was unlocked moments before the time of the appt. The # was listed outside of the suite door. I was overly tired and not in a jovial mood. She looked at me without saying much and asked me "are you sure you want to keep this appt?" Considering there is a $30 non-refundable deposit and I had not done anything to warrant such a question, I said "yes." She told me that her college discount was only with traditional college students and no students who attend classes online. She wanted to explain further, but I not her I didn't need to know (didn't see the need since her answer wasn't going to change the outcome. Note: this wasn't noted on her website when booking.) I was polite. Not chatty since I was exhausted. In fact, I feel asleep for the vast majority of the 2 hours she spent. She did NOT fill all of my lashes. I paid for a full set and asked for extra light volume. She didn't charge me for the light volume and never finished the full set. She didn't say anything about not having enough time to finish my lashes properly. I paid her and left a cash tip. I chalked up some of what happened to her age, and perhaps she was having an off day. I intended to go over the lash not being complete with a fill and was willing to go in two weeks and pay for her time. However, she decided that my "negative" vibe warranted her blocking me from making another appt and my energy conflicted with her warm peaceful energy. So... basically her inability to do her job, lying about not finishing (she failed to mention she didn't complete the set), and unprofessional attitude toward my not being more perky meant she should further treat me badly by blocking my ability to book an appt and then send a text telling me my negative attitude didn't fit with her warm peaceful environment. Considering I never gave her a bad attitude, was polite, quiet (heck, I slept for about 90% of the total time I was in her tiny suite), and I lacked a smile on my face meant I had a negative vibe. Wow. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more professional.
