Zuly in loft 6 really takes the time to understand your vision and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for gorgeous, salon quality color.
- BJBtl_u JmlDec 3, 20242.0Two different services and stylists not desired outcome at all for the money spent and I experienced mediocre skills of stylists : 1)Got done keratin with Jenny (loft 17) I had my doubts when stylist started slathering literally slathering GK product in my hair because applications supposed to be done in strands by strands which was not done according to GK recommendations. I washed my hair as I was told after 24-48 hours but it is evident from pic that not enough product was applied to begin with . Most important step is to seal and lock keratin solution by heat. I asked her flat iron how much temperature it supposed to be on ?Response was medium - which is ambiguous. It really didn’t feel that it was hot enough to seal the product and I found out she has that flat iron from long time, but seriously it didn’t look salon / professional grade looking flat iron which can do better job. Most of the Keratin products websites have specific instructions on application steps, temperature setting and amount of product to be used.All was lacking. Never had experience having treatment done with independent stylist as hers. In retrospect I should have gone to more established salons. I paid 250$ + 40$ tip which is 100$ less than market rate . 2) Threading done by Sara, after spending 34$ + tip for eyebrow and upper lips , it didn’t have finished look, still ended up plucking hair once I got home. Her threading skills don’t create clean threaded /waxed eyebrows. Total waste of money and time .Very disappointed and would never come back again. It is aggravating that there is no money back guarantee .
