They went ahead and applied a bunch of strong acne treatments on my skin. It burned so badly that I asked them to take it off. They used an overheating towel and placed it on my face to clean it. The towel burned my skin—it was so bad I had to scream. When I got home, I saw that part of my face was burned and left a mark. It's been two weeks, and it still hasn't healed.
