  I visited loft 21 I had such a terrible experience, I have 4C texture hair which is very hard to manage but if you have proper hair care products and tools hair can be done without problems I explained to her about my hair needs, I was there to have a silk press with a semi permanent color. I explained to her I used only Pravana hair color due to other colors, giving me a severe allergic reaction. She shampooed my hair with a scratching technique. I asked her not to scratch my hair because it would open the pores and Cause me an allergic reaction due to opening pores and doing a hair color she told me it’ll be all right which it was after the color service. I ask her could she give me a conditioner set under the steamer that was present she told me the conditioner that she was using you didn’t need to sit under a steamer. I explained to her because my hair tangled so badly that the steamer would soften it. She refuse asked her again offer to pay more money. She just simply refuse for me to sit under our steamer. My hair became so hard. I asked her to use more of what she was using to soften the hair and I would pay her for the bottle of Ola Plex a product am not familiar with my hair was extremely dry. She had no products to work with natural hair just a bottle of Ola Plex.. She said it didn’t need that much but yet my hair was being yanked and pulled and yanked and pulled i All my hair was coming out on the floor. My head began to Hurt so bad thank God I had my blood pressure medication with me. I took a blood pressure pill and ask for a bottle of water she said she had none so my head was hurting so bad. I just swallowed my blood pressure pill without water. Now mine me My appointment was for 2 PM. I was on time and I didn’t leave out of there until six. That’s how long she yanked and combed my hair. I left out with my hair in the back undone. I went around the corner to one of the other loft And ask the lady to trim my hair and she said that she couldn’t because my hair still needed pressing before she could clip my ends, here was severely damaged from all the pulling and tutugging so of course I needed my ends trim make a long story short after loft 21 finish my hair I asked her how much did I owe her she told me $70 which was very cheap. I’ve never paid $70 for a silk press and a hair color so she must’ve failed herself that I did this person. A very bad job to charge me only $70 for a silk press and color. I’m so used to paying at least $160 .00 But what I went through, I shouldn’t of had to pay a penny, pure torture!!!!
