- SSSophieNov 28, 20251.0I would NOT recommend Madison Phipps. This is the most unprofessional and weirdest interaction I’ve ever had. My consultation was canceled THREE times. The third time I had drove an HOUR on my birthday to her salon location but her “assistant” forgot to tell me she canceled all her appointments for the day because of her surgery. I found her off Instagram so the first two times she canceled on me I saw she was posting drinking the night prior with friends and when she had the family emergency (shown in text msgs) she was posting getting a new nail set. So I have a hard time believing her excuses were genuine, especially considering someone else gave her a 1/5⭐️ review for the same thing. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt MULTIPLE times but her unprofessionalism and lack of communication is appalling.
