- SGSharita GrantAug 11, 20221.0NEVER go to Sugar for any type of waxing. There was a girl who was nice (she had a lot of piercing), and accommodating. The other girl wasn't. You want to support your people, but can't because you can't take the hood and move it to midtown and think it's improved.

- MVmiguel vegaNov 27, 20193.0Beautiful place great location fast and easy service. I booked a last minute appointment with Nick last night. Very customer service oriented and friendly. I wasn't impressed though. I communicated before I arrived with Nick asking the services provided. And what I would like. Hot towel shave facial scrub facial wax etc as services weren't listed. I was told that they were all included and was told that he would throw in a complimentary gold facial. Nick was good but he was over worked tried and pressed for time. Over booked himself. He started getting moody and started rushing through the cut. There was another customer waiting for about an hour or more and it was felt. When I said not to worry about the beard he got a little disrespectful and came a little snappy. I'd rather do it myself then have someone who is over worked and annoyed mess it up with no issues I didn't have any issues with it. The attitude was unnecessary. With that being said I was also charged the cut and beard price. Which I didn't mind until I sat back and thought about it. If you go I'd go more mid day and don't expect the best service. I won't be back.
