Every time she has done my hair, it looks and feels amazing! She is honest and hard working. I recommend her to anyone that wants to look and feel great!

She does a great job every time and I always feel great after I leave my appointment with her. She is the best stylist I have ever had and that is why I continue to go to her. - HHHeidiAug 9, 20191.0Karen Morales, booked an appointment with me weeks in advance through Instagram for lashes, I sent her the deposit money same day. The day before my appointment she asked me if I could reschedule for another day because she moved locations (to this place) and I couldn’t, as I addressed to her previously I was going to an event and wanted them done. I’ve never gotten my lashes done before, if she had told me with at least a weeks notice we could’ve done a different day, no problem, but not the day before my initial appointment like come on, and the event is tomorrow. My appointment was supposed to be today. So she asked if we could do same day but a later time, I said yes of course. Instead, she completely flaked on my appointment, didn’t hear back from her and then she blocked me on Instagram. All I wanted was my lashes done, I was referred to her and never well I refer her or this place to anybody if that’s how clients are treated. I want my deposit back. Terrible service. Who treats there clients like that, especially new ones. I texted her telling her I want my deposit back and nothing. She probably blocked my number as well. All to avoid an appointment? I would give zero stars if I could and I never do reviews so here’s my first.
