Every single time I leave her chair, I feel brand new. She always gets me right! She knows exactly what works for me and my hair, and I wouldn’t imagine going to anyone else. Consistent, talented, and just overall amazing at what she does. If you’re thinking about booking with her, just do it. You won’t regret it!
- SSSpencer StephensonSep 10, 20251.0I need a haircut for a wedding I’m attending, so I scheduled a 5:30 appointment with Amanda Nagy. As I approached the salon Around 5:20, a woman was walking in behind me. I held the door open for her and followed her into the salon. Little did I know that she had also scheduled an appointment with Amanda. I have no clue what time her appointment was scheduled for, but I assume there must’ve been some sort of miscommunication - because when I brought up the fact that I had a scheduled appointment in 10 minutes, Amanda told me she’d be right with me when she is done with her other client (the woman who walked in before me). I proceeded to do the dumb thing, and I waited for an hour before my frustration led me to leaving the premises. To make matters worse, the Internet service inside the salon was virtually nonexistent. After waiting for an hour, I went back inside to check on the progress of the hair appointment before mine - I then saw pretty clearly that the appointment was nowhere close to being done. I guess it is my own fault for not realizing that a woman’s hair appointment was going to take much longer than 20-30 minutes. I do not know if she double booked or just didn’t care, but I am thoroughly pissed off with this situation. The last thing I wanna do after getting off work is wait all night for a haircut that never happens. No shot I ever come to this salon ever again - absolutely ridiculous
