- MCMelissa ConnerOct 25, 20251.0I scheduled a wash and blow dry today and picked any available stylist for $31.00 and I arrived 10 minutes early. I came in and was greeted and I said I had scheduled online and proceeded to check in on the computer. I went and sat down and watched 3 women just sit at the desk and then as other people came in and said they didn't have appointments they were taken right away. Then finally 10 minutes after my appointment time another stylist came up and said "Hey, I'm ready" the other people that were waiting and I just looked at each other and didn't know who she was talking to. She then pointed at me and said "You, I'm ready!" I got up and followed her to her chair. She said "a haircut and blow?" I said no, just a wash and blow dry. She then walked away and went to the front computer. I watched and waited for her to come back. A few moments passed and she walked back and said "because your hair is long there's going to be an extra charge!" I said how much? She said "well since you're not getting a haircut it's going to be $58.00." After, waiting up front and the rest of the staff not really being friendly and making me feel like nobody really wanted to assist me and then being told since I wasn't getting a haircut that now I have to pay more because my hair is longer.....I will never be going back! I walked out! All I wanted was a quick wash and blow dry to look nice for a party I was going to with my husband. I thought I would treat myself and what a bad experience it turned out to be! So disappointing!
- VDVictoria DekoekkoekSep 27, 20255.0i’m very very prissy about my looks, so much so that i haven’t been to a hair salon in years cause no one listens to what i want. but i am very pleased. claire is the one that cut my hair, she listened to what i wanted and made suggestion that worked out very well. i will say i think she might be a lil new because it was slightly uneven in areas but even so it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be easily fixed. she was very nice and very accommodating and helped me identify problems with my hair i didn’t even know existed. i will definitely come back here :)))

It said starting at $29. I went today, and unfortunately the stylist didn't seem familiar with an updo with a bunch. I was also charged an additional $17 for flat iron/curling that was not done at all. Pretty disappointed with my experience there, and the random charge I got for a service I did not get.
