This visit confirmed what I had suspected: this is not a place for a massage in the therapeutic sense. It's more of a long rub. The pressure and technique simply and consistently don't reach the level needed for meaningful relief or healing. In fairness, Mindy's Massage offers a clean, kind, and low-stress experience, which might suit someone looking for relaxation rather than treatment. But for those seeking real muscular or pain relief, it may not meet expectations.
