  Reset is awesome! Brandon, Courtney, Ryan and the rest of the staff is always super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility and equipment is always clean and ready to use. They can answer all the questions I have about the treatments. And they have recommendations and treatment plans for any pain or injury I come to them with! They have helped me immensely! There are other places like this but Reset is the best deal when it comes to equipment, treatment, facility and staff! I recommend this place to everyone.

  Honestly, I don't even know what to say, it was such a joke. I called at the beginning of the week and she scheduled me for 12:15. Had a nice long conversation with her and everything. Got there and they ended up booking someone else at 12:00 for the infrared sauna. The person who got booked over my appointment said that I could go first which was cool of that person, I have no idea who it was. Then, I get in the room and the employee shows me that the infrared sauna. The door does not shut because there was a group of teenagers in there sometime previously that broke the door. I also noticed that a zombie apocalypse tried to claw their way out.I say this because there were tons of fingerprints, smudge marks and streaks all over the sauna's windows. It looks like they've never cleaned the glass since they've been there. Reluctantly, I decided to stay until I tried to lock the room door. The door locks, but it doesn't stay closed. The employee wasn't even aware. You can set the lock and then push the door right open. I've been to other places that offered infrared saunas, and those places were very nice. Very clean. This place was the complete opposite. I was actually baffled at how bad it was.

  This place has the best pricing, amenities, and atmosphere compared to other wellness centers I’ve seen in the St. John’s/ st Augustine area. My favorites are the cold plunge and the infrared sauna they have available for my back pain. The front desk receptionist Lyndsey does a very great job of walking you through the different amenities and the membership plans available. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a therapeutic start to your day, or after a long day of sitting in a chair from work.
