  I am quite disappointed with the client care of this salon. The color was red! It was supposed to be golden brown…. And mostly disappointing is the fact that suddenly towards the end, you are rushed… you leave the place with red color all around your face and all over your scalp !!! No cleaning, no care to protect your skin. Not great when you have to scrub your face at home after spending a ridiculous amount of money! So rushed that I wasn’t asked if the cut was ok or even shown the back… another client waiting?… this should never be a reason to rush any client. Each client should be extremely important, especially when the prices are that high!!! The only reason for the 2 stars is because the highlights were nice in most places of my head. The root color was bright red, definitely not what I wanted! And the cut was ok but not what I wanted either, and since I wasn’t asked if it was ok and was rushed out of there… yes… very very disappointing. This is not the level of service you expect when you pay that much. I will add that the receptionists are really not that friendly or interested in you unfortunately.

  Ashley, the owner of Vivid Salon, has been my hairdresser for 2 1/2 years. She is professional, knowledgeable and caring. She listens to what her clients want and also offers her input on color, cut and hair care. I have observed her repoire with clients and her staff. Her people skills are exemplary. I highly recommend Ashley and the Vivid Salon.

  Mayra is the absolute BEST!! I won the lottery when I booked my first appointment with her four years ago! I moved from Michigan and didn’t have a clue where to go to get my very thick short hair cut and colored. She hit it out of the ballpark on my first visit. She is the only one I trust with my hair. I see her once a month and enjoy my visits tremendously. I always get compliments on my hair. I am so grateful for her! The salon is beautiful and the staff is kind and accommodating! Highly recommend!

  I’ve been going to Vivid and seeing Mary since the day they opened in St. Lucie West. Now that they are in the Tradition area I continue to go. Mary provides phenomenal cuts care and service She is very accommodating and works hard to make sure things are right I appreciate her so very much and the hard work she does I highly recommend Mary and Vivid.

  Very unfortunate that I have to come here to write this review which I rarely do I had a wonderful experience the first time I came tom vivid. This time not so much…. I normally book with paige to get my bayalage done but she was booked and they offered another stylist. Long story short as she was blow drying my hair I notice that my hair looked pink and all different shades completely off from what I had done the first time. Mind you I’m already 2.5 hours in and then she realizes that the color is not right and it took until me to say something to her….. I’m going on vacation and I have no time to come back and fix it! Owner comes and says she will fix it puts a toner on me and basically all of the highlights are gone and walks away to tend to other clients. I felt very dismissed ! I honestly don’t think they care. What did I even pay for ??? Service is 380 and at that point i didn’t even want to style my hair left wet…. money down the drain…..
