  For hair services, Salon Lofts Dr Phillips Universal is an excellent choice! The ambiance is warm and soothing, and the stylists are skilled and kind. I always feel delighted with my hair and feel rejuvenated after leaving.

  This was my first time visiting here. It's conveniently located next to Universal Orlando, right across the street from a gas station and within walking distance to the high school. There are individual or shared suites for the stylists. You have to be buzzed in or greeted by your stylist to enter. The interior is chic and my stylist's suite was beautifully decorated.

  10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! My first time here with Vicky Conroy for a color & highlght. Vicki is a sweet girl but not a professional when it comes to coloring. I sent a current pic of my hair (long, brown with red undertones & previously done partial blonde highlights) I also sent an inspo pic (cool dark brown with ash blonde highlights). I spent 4+ hours in her chair. (Not even including a style) my hair was still wet when I left bc it was 10pm & I still had an hour drive to get home. Got home my teenage daughter & my husband both cringed. When I looked in the light the roots were bright orange. The rest of my hair was overall lightened but no brown & not even a visible blonde highlight. Vicky refused a refund when I contacted her the next morning & I even sent pics of how terrible my hair looked. Rather she offered to “fix her mistake” for free. (Wow thanks!) 4+ hours & you couldn’t achieve anything you said you could, why would I trust you to touch my hair again?!?!? She also kept stating that l didn’t tell her my hair was previously colored & that’s why it turned orange which is not true at all, clearly she can’t take responsibility for her mistakes. I am disputing the charge with my bank and now I have to try to either find someone to fix her mess up or color my hair dark again & start the whole process over. I couldn’t be more disappointed. My New Years Eve was ruined, I literally cried all day. I can’t believe she let me leave looking like a clown! I’m 99.9% sure I could have done a better job with a box dye & highlight kit. (I’ve attached a pic of my hair before..inspo pic & after pic)
