  am very disappointed with my recent purchase. I paid 1,200 for Chanel glasses, expecting quality, but unfortunately, the product does not meet the standards. The glasses are too tight, pressing painfully on my ears and nose, and causing discomfort. Despite raising the issue, nothing has been done to help or resolve the problem. It is truly upsetting that such an expensive product comes with poor service and no solution Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem letzten Kauf. Ich habe 1.200 Euro für eine Chanel-Brille bezahlt und Qualität erwartet, aber leider entspricht das Produkt nicht den Erwartungen. Die Brille ist zu engdrückt schmerzhaft auf meine Ohren und meine Nase und verursacht dadurch Unbehagen. Obwohl ich das Problem gemeldet habe, wurde nichts unternommen, um zu helfen oder eine Lösung zu finden. Es ist wirklich traurig, dass ein so teures Produkt mit schlechtem Service und ohne Lösung verbunden ist.

  I visited the Chanel store at Brickell in Miami, FL and had a great experience. Adisleydy greeted us with respect and was so helpful. Sometimes, when you go into high end stores as Chanel, you get looked a different way (I am Hispanic) kinda of like can u even afford anything here. This was not the case at this store. I thank her for being helpful and treating me and my family like every customer should be treated, with respect and dignity. We bought around $350 in fragrances this day. I hope customer service at these high end stores learn to be like Adisleydy bc your customers will spend at the stores if you give them the respect they deserve, no matter what they are or look like.

  I came here as a long term Allure fragrance user and asked about new Allure Blanche de Partfum to take with me on a flight I asked what sizes bigger than 50ml this fragrance has. The female named Margielle said that 165 ml is the next bottle size she has. So I went for 50ml thinking why there is such a big gap from 50ml to 165ml. After I made the pur hase I checked Macy's and other Chanel cites and it appears that 50 and 100 ml or 3.4oz are the standard sizes for Allure Blanche. So, I called Chanel boutique at Brickell and found out from Sarah manager that they have 100ml for $165, which is the number of ML I remember from the female with Margiela name tagged female. So, as goofy as she was, Margiela at Chanel boutique of Brickel City stated price instead of milliliters volume I asked her about. I also mentioned TSA requirements that I am trying to meet which went through her head undetected. I also asked for discount on 2 by 50ml bottles to clearly meet TSA. But she silently sold me 50ml bottle having no clue what I am talking to her about (as I only figured out later through pain of time lost). Completely unqualified to understand plain Anglo-Saxonian English that I am clearly speaking. I had to come back next day at my expense and exchange the 50ml bottle on 100ml which already was in possession of the boutique, had someone there understood English well and sold it the right bottle size at the first inquiry. Very surprised to see this level of goofiness at this level of world class boutique.
