Margaret was very much so not just a girls girl but also a professional. My wife left feeling very bonita 😌. I am happy because she is happy 🌝! She is now a regular once we move to citrus.

I let her know that I had a appointment at 9:15. She then lied and told me that I didnt have a appointment. I was like Really? It's saying my name at the top of your list on the screen. She then instead of saying sorry told me well you must have just booked it because I didnt see it before I took this lady so it will be another 30 mins. Then she said she can try and talk to the lady and see if she will wait. I told her no need ill leave. Future reference just say sorry. Don't lie and blame the customer for you not paying attention.
- TATakeera AtkinsonSep 19, 20251.0Margaret shouldn't be in a customer-oriented role, let alone a hairstylist. Today, 9/19, she gave me another reminder why I don't like going to Hair Salons. I told her she was being way too rough detangling my hair with the comb, so she proceeds to grab a brush and continue with the aggressive detangling. Further in the process, she literally ends up yanking another comb through my hair. Long story short, she tried to deflect accountability for her poor actions by saying "I was just emotional and have a sensitive scalp." As if it's not possible that she was actually being too rough and disrespecting my wishes to handle my hair with better care. I don't know what her problem is, but that experience was not appreciated at all. And she really has some nerve. She needs a reality check, to grow up, and find another line of business
