- MMMechacha2 days ago1.0I was referred to this location and specifically told to book with Megan. I called on Monday 12/29 and left a voicemail explaining the service I was looking for and requesting Megan. The voicemail greeting stated calls would be returned within 30 minutes, but I never received a call back. I waited until Wednesday morning and called again, leaving another voicemail with the same details. This time I received a returned call and was scheduled for Friday 1/2. This location is about 40 minutes away, so I was genuinely excited to try a new place for the new year. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, I was greeted pleasantly at the front desk and everything initially seemed fine. That changed when I was told to go in the back with someone who was not Megan. That’s when I was made aware that Megan was not in, which was confusing since I had specifically requested her when booking and that my “requested waxologist wasn’t documented”. First I was told Megan was out sick and possibly in the hospital. Shortly after, I was told she was simply out that day but would be in the following day. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication was frustrating and unprofessional. After multiple calls, a clear request, and a long drive, this experience wasted my time and gas. I chose to leave extremely disappointed. Better client communication and accurate scheduling are absolutely needed.

- TTTatianaDec 21, 20255.0As much as I always get nervous in anticipation to my appointment because who likes pain, I always go because the experience is so smooth and comforting. Megan is THAT GIRL! Always makes me feel comfortable and distracts from any nervous I may have. She’s very attentive to my needs, how my skin looks ( I have very sensitive skin) and is very gentle.
