  From the beginning of booking my appointment it was very quick and easy. I booked with Rumi and she was truly amazing. She reshaped my eyebrows for me and gave my eyebrows a whole new look. She was very nice and fast and also asked me about my eyebrows. I will be back to see her!

  Naseem did my eyebrows and completely butchered them. The photos speak for themselves-first photo is before, second is after. Mind you, the after photo is after going back several times, so if it’s bad in the photo, you can only imagine how bad it was before I asked her to attempt to fix her mistakes. I have naturally thick, bushy eyebrows, and this experience was extremely disappointing. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the threading itself was not as painful as it usually is, price was reasonable, and the shop was clean. I came in with very overgrown, thick brows and somehow left with thin, uneven eyebrows that don’t even match each other. We went back and forth several times between her saying she was done and me checking the mirror. I even asked her, would you post a photo of my brows on your website? No response. I even paid, went to my car, looked again, and had to come back inside to address how bad they looked. I don’t understand how she was okay with me leaving like that. After I left, I realized she wasn’t using a light, which might explain why she clearly couldn’t see what she was doing. Initially, my right brow was okay but noticeably thicker than the left. So of course she had to thin it out, and thus began the frustrating cycle I could not come back from.The lines were not clean at all. I also had to point out that if you placed something straight (like a ruler) under my brows, they weren’t aligned at all. One was clearly higher than the other. That’s when the gaslighting really started. She told me I was “missing hairs” on my left brow and that I needed to grow hair there or fill it in. I have NEVER needed to fill in my eyebrows, and the photo clearly show how thick they naturally are! Then she suggested eyebrow lamination, which was ridiculous. Yes, my hair is coily/curly—but my previous eyebrow stylist had zero issues getting my brows even. Clearly, this is a skill issue. I do not need lamination or straightening. When she went back in to “fix” certain areas, she worked on the wrong spots, including way too much off the middle of my left eyebrow. You can clearly see this in the photos. My brows are butchered—uneven, thin, and poorly shaped. They had been overgrown for weeks and should have been an easy canvas to work with. Now I look ridiculous! Thankfully, my eyebrows will grow back, and she did apologize—because she knew she messed up. Still, I will never return.

  i’ve been going here for months but today it was my first time having Rumi for eyebrow thread and tint. 10/10 experience. the attention to detail was great. and she took her time. my eyebrows look amazing thank you 🙏🥰

  Rumi was excellent! Very friendly, quick, and gentle with my eyebrow threading. Very happy to have these services close to home!
