Stephanie (my piercer) was absolutely amazing and made sure I was comfortable before we did anything. She was very patient and her overall service was a 10/10! I will be recommending this to friends and family and will be stopping by again!

What I thought would’ve been a $150 experience (max) turned out to be $280. I went with a friend of mine to get our second lobes done, and didn’t realize that the prices were per-ear and per-jewelry. The absolute cheapest jewelry option was $68, which I thought was for the set, NOT each. Needle piercings were set at $35 for each lobe (apparently). By the time I figured out how much it was going to cost, I’d already had them pierced and was standing at check-out card in hand. There was also $17 worth of taxes plus a tip (which came out to be $35). And there was something extra that went unaccounted for, considering I didn’t buy the aftercare. I got both nostrils pierced, as well as my septum, at a phenomenal tattoo shop for less than I paid yesterday. Regardless of the good environment and services, I do highly recommend going to a trusted tattoo shop instead, because almost $300 for two lobe piercings is absolutely absurd.

- JJJJan 1, 20265.0First time here. Took my daughter to get her third piercing. Great experience. Front desk receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Store was very clean. Selection of jewelry was great. Only downside was the long wait past our appointment time. However the piercer made up for it. She was awesome. Really went out of her way to make my daughter comfortable and it was clear she was a perfectionist- so we knew we were in great hands. Will be back! Highly recommend!

And she was the perfect amount of OCD, which also was greatly appreciated. Melissa was super efficient, kind, & welcoming in a very busy front office area. There were many customers that came in & out in the timeframe we were there, & it could’ve been super chaotic - but Melissa handled it very professionally.
