  My daughter got her ears pierced for the first time here. She had a great experience for being a little nervous. Adriana made sure to explain the process and reassured her throughout. Overall it was a painless procedure and we are very happy with the results!

  I was excited to visit this place after hearing and seeing many positive reviews and 5-star ratings. I called ahead to ensure they could accommodate my baby girl for piercing, and I was pleased to hear they serve all ages and welcome walk-ins. The place appeared clean, professional, and welcoming, which made me feel confident about choosing them. However, my experience took an unexpected turn. When I was about to proceed, I was told that everyone must have a DTaP vaccine to get a piercing. This was disappointing because not every parent chooses to vaccinate their children, whether for religious reasons, personal beliefs, or concerns about heavy metals. I have legal documents indicating that my baby is exempt from vaccines according to state regulations, but I was still turned away. I believe it’s important for any business offering services involving children to clearly communicate vaccination policies upfront. Making exceptions for those who have valid exemptions would be considerate and more inclusive. It would definitely save other parents time and save your business from potential disappointment. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism and cleanliness, but I hope the policy becomes more flexible or at least clearly disclosed to avoid similar situations in the future.

  Staff was very nice and professional acting. HOWEVER...We had an appointment set up for 11AM and we did not get our piercing done until 11:50, almost an HOUR PAST OUR APPOINTMENT TIME. This was because of the number of walk i customers they took in rather then honoring their appointment times. The associate should have made an appointment and come back as there were several families standing in the store adding pressure to the associates doing the piercings. This is why our associate MISS ALIGNED my daughter's ear piercing placement. The piercings were NOT even in the ears. The associate did not take the time to properly align the ears settings. And because the families (mothers with several daughters in tow) were staring holes in the back of our heads, we were rushed out of the chair. OWNER...You should rethink your policy regarding walk ins when your store is already backed up with customers. This puts undue pressure on your staff. We are going to go back to discuss the process of re-piercing my daughter's ears. They are telling me they can take the earing out and the whole will immediately close up, which is not what their own website says. I will write another review later of this experience after we have gone through it. FOLLOW UP.... After a rigorus family discoussion, we went back the day after the first piercing. The associate was able to correct the piercing then and there (as was said and DESPITE what the internet said! Can't always trust the internet!). In fact, the associate was so helpful, my wife got her second piercing then and there! Not too expensive of a weekend but both women are now very happy. Would Highly recomend this store!!!!!!

  Absolutely elevates a piercing experience. Brianna was my piercer and she was absolutely outstanding, super nice, gentle, and explained everything before she did it. They just opened up and I found them when googling!! I made an appointment and they stated they were backed up and asked me if I wanted to come back the next day! Not a problem, I didn’t feel like waiting since I just had gotten off work. But they let me take pictures of the earrings so I was able to think about it overnight. The next day they got me in super fast and seamless. I love the the reasoning behind Rowan and the fact that registered nurses pierce you and they care about your aftercare and even book a follow up! It’s amazing!! They have such cute earrings too’ I will certainly be returning and recommending for my friends.

  Elana was so patient and understanding when it came to piercing my 6mo. daughter’s ears. She did fabulous! She even brought in a third party to look and help ensure the placement was perfect and even. Everyone at this location was professional and helpful. Elana explained everything really well and didn’t get flustered with baby tears. She smiled and worked as calmly and quickly as she could. I couldn’t appreciate her more. The piercings look ADORABLE!! I’m obsessed.
