  I took my 13 month old baby here yesterday to the Jacksonville location at the St John’s Town Center to get her ears pierced and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! Super clean and cute place. Brianna was so sweet and really took her time with us to ensure perfect placement and the safest experience possible! It’s so nice having a safer and cleaner alternative to places like Claire’s, as it’s all licensed nurses that perform the piercings at Rowan and they don’t use the typical spring-loaded piercing guns that most other places do. I definitely had more peace of mind getting my baby girl’s ears pierced thanks to Rowan! They also had a big selection of super cute and hypoallergenic earrings to choose from which you don’t typically get at other places! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

  I made an appointment to get the second hole on my lobes redone. Since they were previously done I opted for needle piercing. The price for that is on par with other local piercers. The jewelry however is not included and so expensive. The only reason I’m even considering going back is because Ariana was fabulous. She was so happy, helpful, friendly, and took the time to make sure the position of my piercing was perfect. THAT extra step I appreciated more than anything. At checkout I had a little (a lotta) sticker shock so I’ll probably head back to my body piercer for the third hole and second helix. However, the girls don’t set the prices and they were amazing.

  I came in on Sunday to get my 4 months old ear piercing. It was a busy one but our piercing expert Kimber was patient and understanding by accommodating us in the semi private rooms. We were not rushed at at all and was able to nurse my baby for comfort. The baby did great and we were properly explained the aftercare. Will definitely recommend the location to anyone wanting a piercing.

  We had the best experience with Miss Kimberlyn today! She brought such a calm & joyful presence to what can be such a nerve racking experience for an 3 year old. All the Rowan girls were so nice & accommodating. I didn’t call ahead or book the option, but they offered to bring another nurse to do both ears at the same time! We are allllll smiles! Thank ya’ll!

  I went earlier today and got my conch piercing done by Ariana! Upon entering, the store was very clean and cute. I was greeted at the front and immediately tended to. The pricing was explained as well as all of the appropriate piercings for what I wanted were shown. I filled out my waiver which included information from the FDOH (also sign posted in front about FDOH certification) and was quickly ready to go. I was then led to the back where a sterile set up was ready for me! Ariana assessed my ear and confirmed my anatomy was appropriate for this piercing, as well as the chosen piece of jewelry. She set up a sterile field with medical grade materials including gauzes, sterile lubricant, sterile gloves, alcohol swabs, etc. and cleaned my ear before she showed me two spots I could place my piercing. Upon choosing, she confirmed my allergies and cleaned my ear with betadine, allowing me to take a deep breath and exhale before introducing the sterile needle into my ear. My experience was superb! I felt everything was very well done, thorough and clean. My aftercare was explained and information for my backing replacement at a future time was written for me. Everyone was wonderful and I had a great experience. Will recommend to all and will be returning!
