Pamela is horrible!!!!! I had an appointment, she left me in a rince sink bent back& Ive had surgery on my neck she left my color on for 1 hour & 30 minutes then only rinced half my hair color out on one side of my head. She then left me to do 3 walk-in haircuts and sell products. Thank goodness another customer and beautician Darci bless her heart. She noticed she also left me laying in a rinse sink after just having neck surgery burnt my scalp up on the one side Darci rinced out the rest & got the color off my face & out of my eye. . A customer of Darci s seen she had only rinced half of my hair color out and left color all over the other half of my head my face ears n a spot on my eye I was screeching in pain which I disclosed. She did no consult no trim.no blow out Just left me to do 3 walk in haircuts n sold product while leaving me so one side of my head the color was left on one hour 30 minutes& I had a appointment Thank goodness for Darci after her customer told her. Darci came right over as Pamela waa selling product and I hadn't seen her for 30 minutes while laying in the rince bowl in pain & my scalp burnt from scolding water from Pamela who never came back to finish rinsing me. I mean, she was just ignorant or impaired. Scary! Darcy had to come & finish me customers could not believe this . I immediately asked for help up in my chair I stood up in pain found a comb & my hair soaked no blow dry no trim which I asked for I combed my own hair out n seen chunks falling out I. I.picked up.the chunks of my hair that fell out, took pictures of all the color all over me, my hair falling out in chunks. Worst hair appt in 45 years. I go to the Dr tomorrow. I still feel my scalp.is burnt, n my neck is in extreme pain. She sure charged me, though. She blamed everything on a guy named Brett, who said he left people setting that were walk-in cuts. That's a lie because i told him bye when he left & their was only one when he left in a chair. She lied she just left me to do 3 new walk-ins & sell products and never came back to sink. Color stays in for 45 minutes, not 90 minute's. . She was so sloppy with my single color touch-up that she covered my highlights I had done prior with the color n highlight n gloss n cut package with Sharon, who was slow but very good& I tipped her $38 dollars. I will be reaching out to the owner of this franchise if I don't hear back from that store manager. Ive got pictures another customer took pictures I have the hair chunks n I'm having the Dr check out my neck which im still in extreme pain and my scalp was burnt on the side she rinsed before leaving me in the rinse sink for an additionsl 30 minutes with color on the other side, she burnt the one side she did rinse with scalding hot water!!!!!!!
Pamela, a real live looking Ursala, makes this location look horrible!!!! Her attitude was rude, hateful, no consult, and her hygiene was absolutely horrible she stunk! I think depending on my Dr who will be checking the constant burning of the one side of my head my neck I had surgery on 7 weeks ago and the chunks of hair that fell out along with her applying color to my roots so sloppy she covered most of my highlights Sharon done and she just blamed Brett for leaving & she still made me pay. I was in pain crying n took the bag of hair that fell out with me along with the customer who witnessed this horrid experience phone number . I left with wet hair. I am going to climb the chain of command from the owner to corporate!
Do not let Ursala (Pam) & you can definitely tell who she is touch your hair. If you love She is a very rude &nasty person she has no business doing hair. Beware!!!!!!!!!!

Asked the girl to cut my sons hair n make it look good and leave it longer on top. She shaved his head and didn't even do a good job doing that. Left long hairs eveywhere, and uneven. I brought him to a professional to get a good haircut and this is not what we got. I've done better with a beard trimmer at home.

I have gone to a couple different Hair Cuttery's and this one is the best.
Stylists are very nice and listen to what you want. My stylist has left, but will try and find a new one here.
