Giving 3 stars because I expressed how much length I wanted cut off (an inch and a half) and more like 4 was cut off. My hair was to my lower back and it’s just about above my bra strap now. I have curly hair and cutting that much is basically going to give me a bob when I wear my curls which is really disappointing.
