I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others about my experience. I went in expecting a professional service and left with my hair completely fried and damaged. The stylist Heather clearly overprocessed my hair despite me explaining I did not want that. Instead of being honest about what was safe for my hair, they went ahead with the treatment and the results were awful — my hair feels like straw, has severe breakage, and lost almost all of its shine. What’s worse is that there was little accountability. I wasn’t offered any sort of fix, refund, or genuine apology — just excuses. I spent a lot of money expecting to feel good about my hair, and instead I left in tears. If you care about the health of your hair, I’d strongly suggest going somewhere else. I now have to spend even more time and money trying to repair the damage. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I got a balayage haircut with Charlie Gordon. she was so sweet. 10/10. i loved my hair as well, she also gave me drinks and food to go along while i wait for my hair to dry!

I had a great experience with Kelsey at Salon Lofts. She was personable and gave great suggestions on products. I’m very happy with my hair and will definitely be back!
