One of the employees spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I came in looking for a gift and as I asked one of the employee for help she just looked at me in a weird, pointed and walked away. I was asking for help and there was no suggestions or any helped offered. Her tone was very rude when she addressed me like she didn’t want to be there. When I ask another one of the workers to speak to a manager , I come to find out she is one the managers and her name is Raya. I can’t believe Sephora hires people who clearly don’t have any customer service manners, especially managers. Shame on Sephora and if I could give this review 0 stars I would. Never coming to this location again!

Ive been in several times to ask about non toxic moisturizers and sunscreen and today 7/24/2025 an employee kept pushing Fenty (LOL) and every other toxic product in existence yet had the nerves to undermine me and ask, “What am I basing clean on?”. Ignorant.
