- LLLilianaNov 17, 20251.0Horrible haircut It’s been over a week and, even after trying to style the cut, I still can’t get it to look right — it looks like a school-style haircut. The girl who assisted me didn’t offer a basic blow-dry of my bangs to see how the cut turned out. The final result looks like a helmet. I won’t be coming back.

The strip where it's located was beautiful, and the salon itself had a modern and open look that really gave an elevated experience. I was able to spend time with stylist Michelle, and she was fantastic. She brought all the positive energy and talent I could ask for. Thank you!

I asked for a trim to clean up my dead ends to keep my hairstyle the way it was, and to leave in a little bit of light layering so as to maintain movement. She asked me if I wanted it all cut the same length I said no. She proceeded to spend about 10 minutes cutting my hair did not clean up the dead ends, did not cut it in the style that I asked for, did not double check to make sure that things were even, and did not even show me a mirror so I could see how the back of the haircut looked. When she was done, all she asked is, do you want to go any shorter and excused me from the chair. I have never worked with such an apathetic and uninterested hairstylist. I felt like I had been robbed of my money, given that she clearly had no interest in doing her job.

And she said yes it will look like that…… it did not. It’s 3 inches above my shoulder. Not what I asked for. And I told her I was going through a hard time you would think she would be more careful about giving me what I want. Instead of recklessly cutting the hair off. She also layered the front when I asked for it all even. I showed my dad the same picture telling him that’s what I asked for and he laughed and said yea that’s not what you got

I walked into the Hair Cuttery in Copper City and I am so happy that I did. Marcia is my stylist and she is amazing. She took her time, made suggestions of colors and styles that work for me. I am very, very happy with the results. I recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, kind, curtesy and very talented stylist. Will definitely be coming back.
