Basically extensions, it is called a 'halo'. Brandon OUT DID himself! He put it in, it stayed PERFECT all evening. It was very humid and damp outside. Brandon is so knowledgeable beyond his years......... He took his time, listened to my needs and the look I was going for. He is a true artist in his field. I will DEFINETLY go back to him for all my fancy events! Thank you B!
