  I will no longer recommend this place to anyone as I did before. Once we walked in my Wife and I knew that there had been significant changes. Nobody to greet you at the front desk as before. And one person in the back starting IVs, giving shots, maintaining IV's, discontinuing IVs. There were 9 people in the clinic at that time. 5 More came in the door and left because they observed the understaffing very quickly. We left and came back because this is something we have already paid for through a membership. We wanted our service. So we waited. Chris did a great job with a great attitude but shame on the owners for doing this to an employee. I asked him if he had anyone he could call in, he said nobody available. If this continues to happen, you won't be in business for very long nor have anyone that wants to work for you. Several people made comments about how ridiculous having only one person working was. I will give it one more chance before canceling my membership and my wifes. I have recommended this place to at least 10 people who have memberships now.I am a former Paramedic and a local business owner so I know what it takes as an employee and also to keep the doors open and I did not witness that yesterday. Better make some changes quickly from my experience and reading other recent reviews.

  Absolutely wonderful experience, all around. The last time I visited Prime IV, I was there for severe dehydration and exhaustion from an intense trip across country. Immediately felt better once I received the bag of fluids. I even naturally have “deep veins”, so I’m a pretty hard “stick”, but even harder when I’m dehydrated, but Chris was able to get the IV in. Definitely recommend. They were a pleasure, on top of being very helpful. (Not sure why the last review was left because clients were notified of the closure.)

  Not sure what is going on - typically I would have given this place a 5 star review from the services I have gotten in the past HOWEVER, to just close doors during regular business hours and I have weekly scheduled injections to follow through with (now, I will have to start the program all over again due to keeping it going in your system). I am on a monthly paid program and have services coming and you have closed your doors??? May be calling corporate to get my funds back....

  What a truly wonderful experience. Staff is absolutely the best around. Very professional, clean and all around amazing! Will be back sooner than later!
