I started with a much needed 50 minute massage and sat in the lounge area while I waited for my appt. The changing area was clean and the locker was very easy to use. The soft robes are very comfortable and warm. No pressure to buy products at all. It’s quiet and peaceful and a great way to slow things down and recover from the holidays or a busy work week. The massage room was very quiet and soothing. The masseuse communicated very well and asked how the pressure was during the massage. I would love to take my friends here for a girls spa day and I know this would be a perfect gift for anyone. Can’t wait to make my next appointment! Enjoy!

My only issue today was that my bed (Kathy) was not heated. Brandi said she was getting an "error" message for the bed when she tried to turn it on.so I was quite cold today.

My facial felt amazing 🤗 but I have to say they charge way way too much $175 for only 25 minutes.🤮 That made me a little bit upset! I mean it takes you 10 minutes to get undressed and in the room! my daughters bought it for me for Christmas. I thought I was for sure. Gonna get an hour for that cost.! After tipping, you are well over $200 and in there for under 30 minutes??? It is beautiful everybody that works. There is lovely.

Started with an 80 min Swedish massage with CBD/aromatherapy with Alyssa who was awesome. Then a facial, which was bliss with Erin. Ended with a manicure and pedicure with Emma. Such a treat to ring in the new year with incredible spa staff. Note: It is tough to have last appointment, you have no time to relax before leaving. Recommend earlier appointment so you can maximize your Zen. Thanks Woodhouse!

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals and Amenities
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, sandals and locker room facilities are provided for your comfort. Amenities include access to the quiet room, assortment of non-alcoholic beverages including fruit infused water, tea, coffee, and a variety of snacks are available for guests to enjoy throughout their spa experience. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All guests who enter the Treatment Rooms, Quiet Rooms and/or Locker Rooms must be scheduled
to receive treatment(s).
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
Minors (under the age of 18) may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent (via signature on the Spa Intake form).
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian in the treatment room during the
entirety of the performed service(s) and must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room, and Retail/Lobby area.
Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests. Woodhouse Spas will not
perform the following for guests under the age of eighteen:
• Body & Bath Body treatments (Vichy and bath treatments, body scrubs, wraps)
• Peel-based skincare services
• Bikini or Brazilian waxes
• Any packages that contain the above-mentioned prohibited service
Woodhouse Spa does not offer massage services to women in the 1st trimester of pregnancy.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.

In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
