From what I gathered, through the tears after the haircut, the stylist cut it too short, which it was probably about 3 inches shorter than what we wanted, the stylist was rough when she was shampooing and rough when she was cutting And brushing. Now, my daughter can have a sensitive head, but she understands and we had a discussion before going to get her haircut that we would need to comb it out. She has very curly here and it can be a challenge. She was very adamant about going back to the stylist so we will not be returning. We sat in the car for 30 minutes afterwards and she could not stop crying about how much she hated her hair and how she never wanted to go back to that place. It was a cut and style and a shampoo for $60. The appointment in total was about 30 minutes. They are rated the best of the West, the place itself is nice, safe is kind, the coffee bar is an awesome idea. But the entire point was to create a good experience for my daughter, and it definitely was not.

The girls were so friendly and made the sweetest comments throughout my visit. They even began the service with a relaxing neck massage, which immediately set the tone. Alexus went above and beyond in every way. She made sure I fully shared what I desired, walked me through the entire process, checked in with me along the way, and made me feel completely at ease. She was so endearing, and our conversations were wonderful and natural. When everything was finished, she didn’t just give me what I asked for—she exceeded it. I left feeling beautiful, confident, and empowered. I have truly never been more in love with my hair and the way it looks than I am now. My hair feels healthy and looks exactly how I envisioned. This experience was truly top notch, and I can’t recommend Alexus and this salon highly enough.
