The building was a little tricky to spot but easy enough to find, parking is around the corner if there is none in front of the Salon. And my eyebrows turned out amazing. Highly recommend, 11/10!
- KJKari JacksonNov 21, 20252.0I visited Golden Roots salon as a new customer and booked a full balayage. I told the stylist I wanted all of my grays colored and highlights added. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, which was not too far off from my hair color at the time (with the exception of my gray roots). After 4 hours and $385 I left very disappointed. I can still see a ton of gray hair and she toned out all of my base color, leaving my hair bland and dull in color. There are no discernable highlights and there are blotchy areas by my ears. I won't even dare to go back and have it corrected because I am afraid it would look even worse. It's a shame to spend that kind of money and end up with nothing remotely close to what was requested.
