She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took her time to really analyze my skin before starting, explaining what treatments would best support my goals. What stood out most was how genuine she was—her recommendations weren’t about selling more products or services, but truly about what my skin needed. She answered all of my questions with patience and gave me clear aftercare suggestions that made me feel confident and cared for. During the treatment, she was so delicate and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My skin still has some peeling to do, but I’m already excited to see the results—and so is she! I’ll definitely be going back to Shelby again.

Sammi is incredible. She’s SO nice and understanding. It feels like she actually cares and that’s great when you also care about your skin. It’s also great when she is just as much a perfectionist as you are… and you can tell with how she carries out her work down to the details. But it doesn’t stop there. Addison at front desk, so knowledgeable, accommodating, and sweet as can be. Okay, now don’t go all crazy and book this place up so I can never get an appointment anymore y’all 🫶🏼🙈

She has done a really great job with the laser treatments, she’s very friendly, is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable, safe and cared for in a situation where that is greatly appreciated. All of the staff at gleam have been incredibly warm and kind. I am so, so glad I chose to do this, and am very thankful to have found such a professional like Ashley and the entire rest of the team! Highly recommend!!
