  My life long girlfriend and I spent the weekend in denver. Of course.We had to check out the CHANEL FRAGRANCE & BEAUTE store at the Cherry Creek Mall. From speaking with the chanel, Beaute Director, Leticia. The smaller CHANEL FRAGRANCE AND BEAUTE Studios is a fairly new shopping concept. It's a beautiful intimate shopping experience! Of course, the CHANEL FRAGRANCES & BEAUTE speak for themselves !! My next visit will feature pictures. They offer a specialized personal shopping experience. Leticia, the Director graciously offered a make over experience for me to sit & experience the CHANEL BEAUTE. I Have worked for CHANEL as a counter manager in the past . By far, my all time favorite job !! CHANEL holds high expectations in representing the CHANEL Brand . Leticia, Forrest, & Leanne gave my girlfriend & I a great shopping experience. Forrest took special care of my girlfriend who was looking for some professional advice & product recommendations. She felt intimidated & Forrest eased her discomfort quickly ! This can be a very intimidating ! Not everybody myself included, has never ending funds to treat ourselves with lavish cosmetics , skincare,& Fragrances.If you have any inclination to give CHANEL a personal try. Try something new & treat yourself! Im sure the Beaute & Fragrance advisors at this store will take great care of you. They offer personalized accounts( customer profile) where you can add products to your collection, as it suits you. They offer online shopping ,shipping, pick up.   Wow, I cannot say enough amazing things about Martino! I have been working with him for a year now and am so grateful for him. He is always so helpful and knowledgeable with all the products/ items at this beauty boutique. I am so impressed with him going above and beyond each time I see him. I love hearing about the new products and items here. Not only is he always professional, he remembers little details making every experience so special. I am so very happy having him as my SA and will continue to come back year after year.

  I love this store! Always a very comfortable atmosphere. Especially our advisor Martino, we came here for the first time a year ago, and until now, each of our visits is accompanied by positive emotions and pleasant purchases!

  I shop here fairly often and the entire staff is very friendly. I feel very welcome and I have noticed they are welcoming to everyone that walks into the store . If you want to go in and try the products I would highly recommend the Denver boutique.

  From the moment I walked into the store, the sales associate stood right in front of me, staring at me the entire time. It was quite uncomfortable. I am not sure if it was because I fit the "profile" of a thief as an early-twenties woman of color or if she was trying to make commission. Either way, I felt an overwhelming urge to leave the store from the moment I entered. I also felt the need to purchase something, almost to prove to her that I am not a thief. I did not get a chance to look at any of the products in the store. The first thing you see when you enter the store are the lipsticks. I picked one up and bought it in less than five minutes and ran out the store. It costed me $50. The product was nice, and I am glad to have bought it, but I wish my shopping experience was pleasurable. I wish I got to look at all of the products in the store and chose something I really like-- not just purchase something to be able to exit without shame for my mere existence.
