- CSChey SmithJul 21, 20252.0We had two separate experiences, my mom who had scheduled for a master stylist had to wait over 45 minutes just to have her stylist changed to someone with less experience. I went in for a big chop with a bob covering an under shave and my stylist was supposed to be a master stylist but she apparently didn't realize I had curly hair til it was to late and it was cut shorter than I wanted. She basically did what she wanted with my hair instead of listening to me. My hair was visibly wavy/curly from the start and a master stylist would have seen that.

I am absolutely appalled by this. I pay less seeing a medical doctor! Needless to say, I will not be returning to JC Penney!!
