The first time, I asked for a medium fade with a hard part. The fade was okay, but the hard part was done extremely poorly—it was way too wide, uneven, and looked almost zig-zagged. Still, I decided to give them a second chance because first impressions aren’t everything. Three weeks later, I went back and asked again for a medium fade. This time, the fade was sloppy and not blended at all. It looked rushed and unprofessional. On top of that, the staff spend more time trying to talk you than paying attention to the haircut. I don't need them to talk to me, I just want them to cut my hair! This shop is not the place to go if you want a clean fade or attention to detail. Honestly, drive an extra 10 minutes somewhere else—you’ll get a much better cut.

As a man with thinning hair I typically shave it all, she thought it could be better with some at the top. Took the suggestion, it looks good enough. She was inexperienced with beard trims but with her vets assistance it didn't turn out horrible. I feel better than when I went in so I'm happy with the services rendered.
