The owner refers me to "customer service " customer service refers me to the'salon' . GC is often advertised in senior and military ad space.. I'll alert them to the business practices' maybe a few less willing customers may make an impact. I had a 3 minute military cut with on a trimmer 4inch patch with a to #3 trimmer guard. It took about 30 seconds for the actual 'cut'. the sports like a 2 inch by 2 inch. I am mostly bald with a light patch of hair i cant see on top of my head. This cost $23 dollars (other people pay that for a big head of fluffy hair. ) I have far less hair then even a neck trim. Needless to say the girl 'grinning' in my face for the 2 minute excursion did not get a tip on this Sunday 10 /12 . Military folks stay away. What an obvious rip off. The online review suggests I sent this to service @ grt Clips. It was suggested below that I contact customer service and I have now completed that - If it is warranted I will adjust my experience based on results.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
