Even though I am a very loyal Nordstrom customer, I come here for all of my Chanel needs because the service feels more personal. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming, but Priscilla has always been my go-to. She is genuinely kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful, and she always takes the time to understand what I need. She consistently finds exactly what I’m looking for, remembers what I like and what works for me, and stays in touch without ever being pushy. Priscilla makes every visit easy and enjoyable, and this boutique really delivers the level of care you expect from Chanel.

It really meant a lot for me. She really is such an amazing person and took her time on me. I didn't feel rushed and I appreciated that a lot. I ended up walking out with more things then I expected but because of her great customer service I wanted to do that!! She found me the perfect pink nude lip color and I almost teared up because it was the exact same color I used to wear my early makeup years but that shade got discontinued and I couldn't find the exact same shade anywhere else. Thank you for an incredible experience 😀
