We took our 6-month-old daughter and had the BEST experience. Art and Jay were so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. (Art sold me over the phone being so personable from the start). The shop was super clean and made us feel completely at ease. They explained everything step by step and never rushed us. There were so many options for earnings as well! Jay was amazing at distracting our daughter and the piercing itself was quick and beautifully done — she barely cried! I walked out feeling so relieved and grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a safe, calm, and caring place for their little one’s ear piercing.
