From the moment we walked in, Art & Jay made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease, which is everything a new parent wants. Their customer service is truly exceptional. They took their time explaining every step, made sure we felt confident, and were incredibly gentle and patient with our baby. The shop is immaculately clean, and the level of sanitation was beyond impressive — spotless tools, sterile environment, and all the proper precautions. As a mom, that level of care means everything to me. They also carry a good selection of earrings to choose from. Art & Jay may look tough 😅, but they were the sweetest, most professional guys ever. Our daughter barely cried, and the whole experience was quick, calming, and handled with so much expertise. If you’re a parent considering ear piercing for your baby, THIS is the place. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Highly, highly recommend. 💛✨

Art is incredibly knowledgeable and has such a beautiful selection of jewelry to choose from. Jay did my piercings and took great care of me the whole time. Everything was clean, professional, and done with so much attention to detail. If you’re in San Diego, definitely check out Church of Steel. They talk you through each step, from choosing responsible jewelry to preparing for the actual piercing and then each phase of the aftercare. The piercing was relatively pain free and their options for jewelry are endless. 100000/10 would definitely come again!!
