When the bag arrived, I was not in love with it- yes, I drop $2k on a bag I haven’t seen in person. She was very gorgeous but unfortunately she was not for me. I decided to return her. The moment I set foot into the store I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. I told the SA that I need to make a return and she was like “ok, so and so can help you” (sorry I forgot the other names). Svetlana was the SA that I’ve been texting back and forth regarding my bag and she was also there to help me. All the girls and manager were so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend getting your beauty items here!!!
