    Every time I go to UTC I stop by the Chanel Boutique , I can always find the Items I need. The team is always cordial, Kind and helpful. In this holiday Christmas season, I stopped by the store and I was very surprised to see a warmer person Kimberly I believe she has this amazing positive energy. She was very helpful and joyful. It is always good to have a personality like hers in Luxury stores where sales associates are a usually a bit distant. This boutique is definitely a destination if you want to have Quality upscale gift.

    I got pink eye from their concealer, I stopped it 3 times and treated my eye infection and it returned every time I reapplied. I thought the tube looked a little suspicious when I got it. Seems like they send out returned products. Then when I told them about they don’t immediately refund!!! They want me to ship it back and fill out some paper and charge me a shipping fee!! Horrendous experience. Anything but luxury here. What a mistake. Buyer beware.

    I did not set foot in this store when I made my purchase online. The SA and manager was so so sweet to locate a vanity bag for me. When the bag arrived, I was not in love with it- yes, I drop $2k on a bag I haven’t seen in person. She was very gorgeous but unfortunately she was not for me. I decided to return her. The moment I set foot into the store I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. I told the SA that I need to make a return and she was like “ok, so and so can help you” (sorry I forgot the other names). Svetlana was the SA that I’ve been texting back and forth regarding my bag and she was also there to help me. All the girls and manager were so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend getting your beauty items here!!!

    I stopped in to stock up on Chanel makeup and was lucky to catch the makeup artist on site. All in all a wonderful experience all the staff was friendly and proud I’ll definitely shop from this location again.
