The people there couldn’t figure out how to scan the codes, kept taking my personal phone to take pictures and wouldn’t let us leave until we tip each of them separately in cash. They even stopped the massage mid way and forced me to pull out my phone to check if the codes have been redeemed.

My biggest complaint is I actually called and asked for a specific therapist (Emma) but I am pretty sure that is not who did mine. I can’t be 100% sure because I had only meet her one other time but she is the only one there strong enough to get into my sore spots. I am very tense.
