Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. - MGMariana GaldamezJan 6, 20261.0Been to this Lush for years & I’ve never had a problem unfortunately when I came this past holiday for the Snow Fairy spray that I always get the employee with blue hair and glasses was rude/ignorant and just told me they didn’t have it available and I asked if there was any available online and she brushed me away and told me possibly and to check myself, really rude that she didn’t even check for me up front in the register. She needs better customer service. All the other employees were kind though except for her.

They have so many amazing products, and especially since I’m a person with sensitive skin, this brand is the first to not give me crazy allergic reactions. The customer service here is great and I felt very welcomed and not rushed, Alejandro was very mindful of the products and what they do, I would definitely go to him for any questions about the products. Will come here again!

I was buying some last minute Christmas gifts and I wasn't sure what to buy, and I get nervous shopping for scents since it's something super personal for people. But Delayna was so helpful and such a joy to be around. She helped me find each scent and products that I need and she even recommended super milk. I fell in love with the scent, she gave some testers as well! I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW LUSH DID THAT Delayna was absolutely amazing 10/10 Customer service!!!!!
