My partner wanted to treat me while we were on vacation and booked me with a prenatal massage and pedicure. The massage with Vanessa was wonderful and very relaxing, she was very attentive to my problem areas and applied the perfect amount of pressure. However, when I went in for my pedicure it completely changed the experience for me. I had gel on my toes, which I believe is pretty common in any other nail salon. The nail technician Jule was very annoyed and didn't even try to hide the fact, she walked out of the room and I could hear her complaining to the front desk that I had gel on and it was going to take so much longer after complaining to me about it. She then proceeded to preach to me about why gel is bad for your toes, which is understandable fine, but I don't need you to continue to harp on me for a very common nail service at any other nail salon. In fact most nail places encourage you to get gel on your feet because it lasts longer and costs more. She wouldn't drop it. On top of that I simply wanted a relaxing experience as I am in my first trimester and have all day nausea. She continued to talk about herself the entire time and was very assumptive about me instead of just asking questions and actually listening to what my response was. I would go back for a massage, but do not recommend any nail services if Jule is the only nail technician they have.

This was my first time here, the staff was friendly and the place is beautifully decorated and very clean! Such a lovely relaxing spa, I had my treatment ( fassage) with Joy and she lived up to her name. The massage was 100/100 so relaxing and took off so much tension and the facial transformed my skin! My face is so glowy and hydrated now, I will definitely be coming back!!
